ABOUT ABOUT

ABOUT THE NIGHT

A benefit show on March 14th at the historic Uptown Theatre where we bring in local and outside talent to raise funds for Homes of Hope (www.ywamsandiegobaja.org).

WHAT IS HOMES OF HOPE?

Homes of Hope is a ministry of YWAM San Diego/Baja created to address the desperate need for shelter among the poor in Mexico. To date, more than 2,000 homes have been built for destitute families in Tijuana, Ensenada, Guadalajara, Juarez, and Cancun, Mexico through Homes of Hope. The ministry aims to build homes for those with the greatest need.

WHO IS RUNAWAY SYMPHONY

Runaway Symphony is a five member Indie/Rock group from deep in the mountains of northern Idaho. Their history has been built around their passion for story-telling by creating dynamic musical and visual experiences through provocative poetry, and glassy texture and melody that bursts suddenly into musical mayhem.

WHO IS MARCELINE

Marceline is a local progressive indie/rock band formed in the fall of 2014. They try to mix different styles and genres of music, yet look to create a melodic and dynamic “wall of sound”.
